CRANK UP THE VOLUME AND ROCK OUT!

This latest US/Israeli attack on Palestinians is nothing new!

In fact, The Occupation and Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine by the USA/Israel Colonial Terrorist Partnership has been going on for a very very long time. And I, as a songwriter, singer, musician, and producer have been there over the last 30 years with songs that express the frustrations and anger of the times.

Starting with my 1990s punk rock band Twisted Nixon, I wrote the angry, wild, pissed-off STONE THROWING RIOT sitting in my office while watching The Intifada on TV.

I remembered the great song White Riot by The Clash and how they wanted a “riot of their own” during the Troubles in the 1970s UK and thought, now, the Palestinians are having a riot of their own and so they need a song. And boom, STONE THROWING RIOT was born.

At shows, it became a wild crazy mosh pit fan favorite. I am NOT sure how many in those mosh pits knew how angry I was singing that song. But if you listen carefully, you can feel my anger. It’s not an act. I am an ethnically cleansed Palestinian. It’s fuckin’ personal!
