First, it’s going to take 2 to 3 years to repair the damage caused by Josh “Hoodie Jr” McDaniels. So you might as well start from scratch and invest in the future.
Trade # 2 Pick down to Arizona so they can grab Standford’s Andrew Luck and or Auburn’s Cam Newton
Then from that trade, get a bunch of later-round draft picks in the 2011 and 2012 draft
Pick up young D guys and build it up….invest smartly and build up over 2 years.
Make Tebow the starter and see if he can be part of a winning upswing.
He’s a winner and will grow into the job as he matures and meets the challenges.
Trade Champ Bailey to a team that’s ready now.
Trade him for draft picks in 2011 and 2012.
He’s getting older and you’re building for 2013
Trade QB Kyle Orton to a team that needs a QB for a young WR playmaker on offense.
Make Brady Quinn the backup.
If that Tebow/Quinn combo works, you got a long-term young QB tandem that can drive a championship down the road. If not, then next season you go out and get a Franchise QB while you build up your defense.
Broncos in 2013 will be back under John Elway and his little brother TEBOW, winners!
