9/19/24 Update: Over 30,000 views
So I was watching the Democratic National Convention last month. Then the great singer-songwriter and lover of peace and freedom, Stevie Wonder, a hero of mine, gave a speech just before he sang one of his amazing songs.
During his speech, he uttered the words “Now Is The Time….”.
Boom! From those words within his speech, inspired, I wrote the song and lyrics for “NOW IS THE TIME” super fast! It was in my head. I could NOT get it out!
Stevie Wonder’s actual message was at 1:11 of the video below where he says “Now Is The Time to understand where we are and what it will take to win”.
So thereafter, my good friends Shawn and Suzanne said I should put the song to a tribute to Kamala Harris. So I did. The rest is history!
