2. Johnny B. Goode (Chuck Berry)
The classic Chuck Berry song! Most all guitar players learned this song to play in their first band. His riffs were innovative and his rock persona replicated and emulated for over half a century. Chuck Berry is rock n roll. Without this song, there is NO rock n roll.
3. Bohemian Rhapsody (Queen)
When the best rock vocalist ever sings it’s always a top song and this one is his best. Featured in Wayne’s World movie that brought it to a new generation of fans, this song rocks on like no other!
4. Imagine (John Lennon)
Lennon gave us the vision. The lyrics say it all and it’s been played millions of times by millions of people around the world
5. Jailhouse Rock (Elvis)
The best song of the 50’s, Elvis was and still is the king of rock n roll. He’s the most famous single act ever. His celebrity cannot be replicated. He’s an icon who played a live concert for 1/3rd of the planet. That achievement has never even come close to any other act in history; in any genre! Jailhouse Rock is his best rock song.
6. London Calling (The Clash)
When the only band that mattered played, they shook the world. They hit hard and this punk rock song screamed being part of what Rolling Stone has called the best album ever!
7. You Shook Me All Night Long (AC/DC)
The best hot chick song ever! Play this song at your party and you’re getting some!
8. Crazy Train (Ozzy)
What a character! Really! What’s rock without Ozzy? All Aboard!
