RAMS can win the division with Michael Vick at QB, Marshall and T.O. at WR and Steven Jackson at RB
The St. Louis Rams, the worst team in the league, have the # 1 pick in the draft and should use that pick to turn their team from worst to first in their division. Here’s how;
Trade the # 1 pick away for 3 – 5 picks in the later rounds of the draft along with some cash and a free toaster too! I mean use this to get excellent players that will cost less than the alledged Sam Bradford picked combined and give your team a chance to build up it’s interior trenches both on the Offensive and Defensive Line…that’s where the game is won and that’s where it needs to build.
Then, go get the best QB out there for peanuts! Trade for Michael Vick. Philadelphia has no real value for him as they’ve already said there will be no competition at QB and some guy named Kevin Kolb has the job. (He must be related to the GM or something).
Vick is a pro-bowler and superior talent. Yeah, he messed up a few years ago but that’s over now. He’s more mature and still talented. Maturity and Talent equal success. He’s ready to get back in the leadership saddle. And getting him will be inexpensive and turn the Rams from worst to best.
Of course, you must give him weapons and they are already Steven Jackson. A good start. But they have no wideouts. So, here’s what to do;
Go get Terrell Owens (TO) and Brandon Marshall from the Broncos. T.O. still has 1 to 2 more productive years and Brandon Marshall is in his prime. He’s a beast that the Broncos don’t want. Why? Because the Broncos want players they can control like Orton.
Talent and Ability are not high on Coach Daniels’s list. He’s not interested in winning, just a control freak so take Marshall away from his team and he’ll thank you and then make him pay by getting to the playoffs while the Broncos get run by the lowly Raiders for last place in the division.
Vick at QB, Marshall and T.O. at the wideout position and Steven Jackson at Running Back. Wow! In a weak division, this would be the team to beat!
